Letter of Invitation
Most International participants need a visa to enter Turkey.
For most countries, this is just a procedure and the visa stamp can be bought at the airport upon arrival. However, there are some countries that require to be obtained from the nearest Turkish Consulates to that country. For these guests a “visa request letter” addressed to the related Turkish Consulate can be issued on request when registering on-line.
Payment
Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

Eurocard/Mastercard credit or debit cards and Visa cards will be accepted

Bank transfers will not be accepted after 15 May 2010
Confirmation
If you choose to pay by bank transfer your registration will not be valid until full payment has been received including all bank charges. Please send a printed copy of the bank transfer along with the registration form to the organising secretariat. Click here for contact details. Upon receipt of proof of payment a full confirmation of registration will be sent.
Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the conference venue when collecting their documents.
Group Registrations
For group registrations, a minimum of 10 participants is required.
Please contact the Conference secretariat, to obtain the group registration form. Conference documents and bags can be collected as early pick-up upon request.
Terms and conditions
Cancellation policy for registrations
All cancellations must be sent to MCI UK Ltd in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 16 March 2010, reservations will be refunded less €100, for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.
Modification policy for registrations
Modifications can be made at no additional cost until 16 March 2010. After this date a €50 modification fee will be charged for each modification
