Payment must be received by the Early Bird registration deadline of 12:00 noon GMT on 26 March in order to qualify
 

Registration and Hotel Information Procedure

The online registration form should be used for the conference registration, social  programme and excursions. Accommodation is booked via the housing bureau's website. click here 

All participants must submit a completed registration form, this should be completed online.

Registration Fees

* Please note that in order to qualify for the member rate all members need to have paid their 2010 subscription in full. The organisers reserve the right to change the registration status if membership fees are not paid

** Allied Health professionals include Nurses and Dieticians

*** A young investigator is defined as someone working in Paediatric GI, Hepatology or Nutrition for less than 10 years. They should ensure that they have a confirming letter from a sponsoring member of ESPGHAN

Letter of Invitation

Most International participants need a visa to enter Turkey.

For most countries, this is just a procedure and the visa stamp can be bought at the airport upon arrival. However, there are some countries that require to be obtained from the nearest Turkish Consulates to that country. For these guests a “visa request letter” addressed to the related Turkish Consulate can be issued on request when registering on-line.

Payment

Full payment should be received before the relevant deadline. To facilitate processing, participants should clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and the purpose for which the payment is made. Either of the following means can be used for payment:

1. Credit Card

Eurocard/Mastercard credit or debit cards and Visa cards will be accepted

Confirmation

If you choose to pay by bank transfer your registration will not be valid until full payment has been received including all bank charges. Please send a printed copy of the bank transfer along with the registration form to the organising secretariat. Click here for contact details. Upon receipt of proof of payment a full confirmation of registration will be sent.

Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the conference venue when collecting their documents.

Group Registrations

For group registrations, a minimum of 10 participants is required.

Please contact the Conference secretariat, to obtain the group registration form. Conference documents and bags can be collected as early pick-up upon request.

Terms and conditions

Cancellation policy for registrations

 
All cancellations must be sent to MCI UK Ltd in writing (fax, letter, or e-mail). For cancellations received before 16 March 2010, reservations will be refunded less €100, for administrative costs. After this date, no refund will be possible.

Modification policy for registrations

 
Modifications can be made at no additional cost until 16 March 2010. After this date a €50 modification fee will be charged for each modification
