MEP Destination Management will act as the housing bureau for the conference and has reserved a large number of rooms in different hotel categories and offers discounted rates for conference participants. Only reservations made through MEP Destination Management will benefit from these rates. All of the hotels booked are within walking distance of the conference centre. The conference venue can be easily reached from all hotels by public transportation.
